Training FAQ



General

Are all trainings confirmed?
No. Trainings will only take place if there are enough attendees. We plan our trainings for the full year ahead and as such we do not know which ones are going to be confirmed. This means we might reach out to you to reschedule (or cancel) your training
Who is providing the training?
All our trainings are provided by our own employees with years of Zabbix experience + years of trainer experience!
How many attendees are there in one course at a time?
We try to get a minimum of 3, and a hard max of 15 attendees per session. This way we make sure the trainer got enough attention for all attendees
In which language do you provide the training?
We provide trainings in Dutch, English and French. Per training we specify the language of that session!
In which timezone do you provide the training?
We provide trainings all over the world, but typically in US timezone or EU timezone. Per training we specify the timezone of that session!
Which platform do you use for the trainings?
MS Teams.


Exams

How is the exam organized?
The exam takes place in the form of a test. Depending on the course, you will be asked to answer 20, 50, or 70 questions by choosing the correct answer from a multiple-choice list. The result is automatically calculated and will become available right after the exam.
What are the requirements to pass the exam?
While the ideal score is 100%, you can still pass the exam with at least 80% correct answers. Before the exam, the instructor informs students of how many correct answers are required to pass the exam.
What should I do if I fail an exam?
You will still receive an attendee certificate. If you decide to retake the exam you should contact sales or apply for the exam through the Exam application form. You may retake the exam no sooner than 24 hours after for an additional fee.
When do I receive the meeting invite?
3 working days before the training starts.
How does the registration process look like?
After your registration we will send you the official sales quote. Once you accept that, we will wait till we can actually confirm the training (enough attendees). Once confirmed we will send the invoice.


Financials

How can I pay?
We accept ACH/wire transfers. Upon request we can work out creditcard payments, but a fee will apply. If you want to pay by check please note this has to be sent to our address in The Netherlands
Can I pay by check?
Yes, however we prefer ACH/wire transfers. If you want to pay by check, please let us know and we will provide you all information about where to send it to!
Do you send the invoice before the training starts?
Yes, but only after we confirmed the training session. You don't need to pay to secure your seat as long as we did not confirm the training
Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Yes of course. Just send it to us and we will issue the invoice with the PO number as reference
What discounts can I get?
There are multiple ways to receive a discount. The first is by buying a course bundle. The core course bundle also grants you one extra exam attempt. In addition, if there are 5 or more students from one company, you will receive a 10% discount for the whole group.
